Just so you know, before, hosted voice solutions were offered only with VOIP over internet service. Such plans gave great hosted PBX features, but call quality and reliability were tad poor, because voice packets traveled over the public Internet.

You will need a provider to ‘break out’ the call from the net to the pots system to get to the final destination.
