There are many benefits to be found with IP telephony, but the biggest attraction with a business VoIP solution is the cost savings that can be made. In this post we’re going to explore what the growing Dialnation needs in terms of telephony, what benefits are attained by switching to a VoIP solution and who the best business VoIP providers are in the UK. Considering that business is conducted across borders, small businesses need a solution that is as flexible and extensible as possible. How do I know if a phone number in the UK is using a VOIP service to re-direct to another country?

James Asked: How do I know if a phone number in the UK is using a VOIP service to re-direct to another country?

I am trying to find out if a person that wants to place a large order with my company is legit. Is there a way of looking up a UK phone number to determine if it is a land line, cell phone, or if it is a VOIP re-direct service?

Undecided Question: Is it allowed to use Tesco Mobile for browsing the web on a laptop?

Christian Peters Asked: Undecided Question: Is it allowed to use Tesco Mobile for browsing the web on a laptop?

Im not too sure if it breaches the contract in any way.

It does say:
3.1 Inclusive Credit can be used for:

(a) texts sent in the UK to UK mobiles,

(b) GPRS browsing on the mobile internet in the UK

I am not to sure if that means only on a mobile.

Then although it says

4. Inclusive Credit and Data Charges

4.1 Inclusive Credit can be used on GPRS and 3G networks (as applicable to your handset), for personal internet use via your mobile phone whilst you are in the UK.

AND

You may not use your SIM Card:

(a) in, or connected to, any other device including modems;

(b) to allow the continuous streaming of any audio / video content, enable Voice over Internet (VOIP), P2P or file sharing; or

(c) in such a way that adversely impacts the service to other Tesco Mobile or Telefonica O2 UK customers.

IF it is not allowed and you still do it, will they know?

Please only answer if you are sure, thank you in advance.

You are Absolutely right.Unfortunately, people can't see that because they look beneath their feet without looking at the whole image.

All they can imagine inside themselves is "I can't find a job !" or " Prices are growing fast !" or "My boss is an asshole but I can't say no !" or "I don't have anytime for my kids because I have another shift" or "the food is not healthy as it used to be" or "I need to get another job" or "I can't pay my bill anymore"…etc.

But they can't see the whole image and who is doing that to them. There is enough money for everyone on this earth.
